• With growth, comes responsibility, and to grow responsibly, Ornua is committed to caring for the environment, its animals, and the communities it operates in.
• Since 2016, absolute emissions in Ornua are down 25%. Since 2017, actual food waste as a % of total output was reduced by 65%.
• Within the area of raw materials, 100% of the farms supplying to Ornua Member Suppliers for the Kerrygold brand were SDAS approved against a target of 100%, an increase from 96% in 2019.
• 100% suppliers of raw ingredients of butter are SDAS approved and Origin Green members. All palm oil is RSPO-certified.

Ornua Ingredients is responsible for the procurement of Irish and non-Irish products and for the sale of dairy ingredients to food manufacturing and foodservice customers across the world. Ornua Ingredients is also responsible for managing volatility through de-risking and trading strategies
