We built Irelands first dedicated water kefir brewery in an old Chocolate factory in the heart of Dublin.
Here we brew refreshingly low-calorie, fermented, non-alcoholic beverages teeming with beneficial cultures from the water kefir. Our drinks are unfiltered, unpasteurised, and contain no artificial colours, flavours or preservatives. They are bottle conditioned for 14 days to create the gentle fizz.
