• Within the packaging area, the company has worked diligently to reduce outer case cardboard on its packaging, being over 10% ahead of its target set since 2018.

Newgrange Gold was started in 2010 by John Rogers to add value to the rapeseed oil crop from his farm in Slane, Co. Meath.
Today the business is run by John's son Jack. The team at Newgrange Gold have learned how to get the best quality oil from the premium oil seeds grown in the Boyne Valley region.
The business also produces camelina oil, which is high in omega 3 and has a very good balance of omega 3 to 6.
Newgrange Gold is currently the only manufacturer of Wild Flax Camelina oil for the culinary oil market.

Each process - cold pressing, bottling and packing - is all carried out on the family farm, reducing the need for transport and thus its carbon footprint.
It is the only producer of camelina wild flax oil for culinary use.
